How does it work?
From a description of the rooms to a PDF estimate
Describe the job
Floor area, number of rooms, which way the windows face, meters of line set and where the outdoor unit goes. AI fills in the job type and the template questions from the description.
Check the items
AC units sized from the capacity, standard installation and surcharges with quantities: meters of line set, wall penetrations, wall chases, trunking, condensate pump, scaffolding.
Send the quote
Equipment and labor on separate tabs, travel per km, and with an installation the item “Site visit and capacity sizing” priced at 0. A PDF estimate for the client.

You describe the job, AI sets up the project
Write what needs doing or add a photo of the floor plan. AI sets the floor area, the number of rooms and the scope of work, and you see the estimate amounts straight away.

Labor with working time
Every labor category has an amount and the number of working days for the crew, and you decide whether the client sees the time. Next to it you see a summary of every part of the estimate. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to the next project.

Choose what goes into the estimate and which details to show: items, completion time, price notes. The PDF goes out with your company's details.
Sharing and export
Access for a chosen person: read, edit or admin. The public read-only link is in PRO for companies. Export to PDF and XLS, and a company account can also upload its own price list from an .xlsx file.

On site from your phone
It is the same app: the project, the list of jobs and item details without a laptop.
What the calculator gives an AC installer
Starting prices are net with 8% VAT—for an office you set the 23% rate yourself. You change every price to your own.
Capacity from floor area
Floor area × height × 40 W/m³, adjusted for windows, insulation and an attic, plus 120 W per person. A 2.5, 3.5, 5 or 7 kW unit is picked automatically.
Standard installation and surcharges
Included in the installation: 3 lin. m of line set, 1 wall penetration, up to 3 m high, also from a balcony. Beyond that, a surcharge per meter, wall penetration, wall chase, condensate pump, scaffolding or lift.
Line set route
With no length given, the template counts 3 m per unit. Without wall chases it adds trunking beyond 3 lin. m per unit, and with reinforced concrete walls a penetration through reinforced concrete for each unit.
Split, multi-split, existing line set
Split is the default, also for several rooms. Multi-split, installation on an existing line set and the client’s own unit have their own items—with the client’s own unit, there is no AC unit in the quote.
Ventilation with heat recovery
Design, ductwork per m² of the house, a counterflow or enthalpy unit or wall-mounted heat recovery units, balancing and power supply. In a finished house the ductwork counts ×1.25.
Inspection without installation
The job type “inspection / service / removal only” counts travel with diagnostics and each unit, or a heat recovery unit inspection with filters—no installation, even when the description gives the floor area.

25 m² living room, split from the balcony
Windows facing south, approx. 5 m of line set. The template picks a 3.5 kW unit, standard installation, 2 m of line set beyond the standard and 2 lin. m of trunking.
Heat recovery ventilation in a 150 m² house under construction
Counterflow unit, ducts and diffusers, the company does the design. The template counts the design, ductwork for 150 m², unit installation, balancing and power supply.
Inspection of 2 AC units before the season
Job type “inspection / service / removal only”: travel with diagnostics and inspection of 2 units.

Contract and estimate with the project data
Open the document generator from the project menu. Client, address, scope and amounts are already in. Send the contract to the client to sign online, and after the job prepare an acceptance report, plus an addendum when the scope changes.

Below the contract in the generator, choose a work acceptance report or a contract addendum. The parties, address and contract date carry over on their own, and the client signs the report on the screen.

Draw the floor plan with the area of every room and look at it in 3D. Open the planner in one click from the project menu, and the whole plan is saved in the link—set it aside or pass it on. Rooms with their floor area and perimeter go from the planner into the app without retyping: into a new project, for the same points as any new project, or into a project you already have (then the rooms from the plan replace its rooms; items and totals stay in the estimate, check them after the import).

A product from a shop straight into the estimate
The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about pricing air conditioning and ventilation
How does the template size the air conditioning?
From the room volume: m² times height (2.6 m when the description gives none), adjusted for window sun exposure and building insulation. The capacity is split across the indoor units.
How many indoor units does the template price?
As many as the rooms in the description, or one without rooms. You change the number of units and the system (single split or multi-split) in the template questions.
How many meters of piping are in the installation?
3 m of refrigerant piping per indoor unit, or the length of wall chases when it is longer. Cover trunking is priced for the same length, and none is priced with wall chases or on a pre-installed line.
What if the outdoor unit goes up high?
You pick the access in the questions: standard is up to 3 m or from a balcony. Mounting on a wall above 3 m, scaffolding and a lift are separate items.
How is heat recovery ventilation priced?
A counterflow or enthalpy unit by the house area, with ducts and diffusers. Wall-mounted units are per unit, 3 when the description gives no rooms. Fitting into a finished house has a surcharge, and a ground heat exchanger is a separate item.
What VAT rate does air conditioning have?
The template uses 8%, as for work in a residential building. An office or commercial unit usually has 23%, so check the rate with your accountant; you change it in the project.
