Where do the prices in an estimate come from?
Every amount has a source—and you can check each one.
Store prices and links
Equipment and material items carry an online and an in-store price, and many also link to a sample offer you can open in one click. You can swap the link for your own.
Labor from a built-in price list
Labor rates come from the price list built into the app and are calculated item by item. On the company PRO plan you set your own margins and discounts.
Your company's price list
A company account can upload its own price list: an XLS file in our template, or its own .xlsx or .csv sheet the AI reads items from.
