Estimates for a renovation company: your prices, your margin, your logo
Upload the company price list from Excel or CSV into the estimate, and the item prices – from the client’s description, from a floor plan or added by hand – update to your rates. The PRO subscription for firms adds the margin and your own item library.

How it works
Step 1: Create a company account and upload the price list
An .xlsx sheet or a .csv file. The import costs 1 point, and with PRO it costs no points.
Step 2: Set the margin and VAT
Separately for each kind of item. It is a feature of the PRO subscription for firms.
Step 3: Work out estimates
From the client’s description, from a floor plan, from the item catalogue or by hand, and send the client a PDF with your logo. After the first AI estimate, editing and the PDF need the PRO subscription for firms.
What you get
Your price list instead of typical prices. Once the file is uploaded, the item prices and the estimate total are recalculated straight away. You correct a single price by hand (after the first AI estimate, with PRO).
A view by trade and by room. You filter the list of work down to one trade, e.g. tiling or painting, or to one room. The filter changes only the view; the estimate total stays the same.
The catalogue and your own library. Every company has the item catalogue. With PRO you save your own items in the library and add them to further estimates.
Teamwork. You duplicate a project and choose what goes into the copy. You give a collaborator edit access or administrator rights. It costs 1 point, and the collaborator must confirm their email address.
What to expect (honestly)
Without PRO you try the price list import, the item catalogue and the logo in the PDF. After the first AI estimate, further work in the projects needs the PRO subscription for firms, and points alone do not unlock it. See Pricing.
The app runs in the browser and needs the internet. The first start on a phone may take longer than on a computer. A computer is the most comfortable for working with the price list and the estimates.
There is no integration with accounting software. You export the estimate to PDF or XLS.

Yes, on the PDF estimate. The logo is the company photo from the profile settings.
Can a collaborator edit the project?
Yes. You give them edit access or administrator rights for 1 point. The collaborator must confirm their email address. After the first AI estimate, work in the projects needs the PRO subscription for firms.
Does it work offline?
No. The app runs in the browser, online.
