Work out the renovation in the app and download the estimate as a PDF, split into equipment, materials and labor. Send it to the crew, compare offers or print it.

How it works
Step 1: Work out the estimate
Describe the renovation and the AI prepares the items. With an account you can also upload a floor plan of the flat as an image (with PRO for further projects too).
Step 2: Correct what you want
With the PRO subscription you change quantities, remove items and add your own.
Step 3: Download the PDF
After the first AI estimate the download needs the PRO subscription. Each download makes a new file with the project as it stands.
What is in the document
The estimate items split into equipment, materials and labor, with quantities and prices, and a summary.
Next to the PDF you can download an XLS sheet. It helps when you want to keep calculating in Excel.
You can add a logo to the PDF: the company photo from the profile settings. It helps companies that send the estimate to a client.
What to expect (honestly)
After the first AI estimate, downloading the PDF and the XLS needs the PRO subscription. Without PRO you see a preview of the estimate with some of the prices, and points alone do not unlock it. With PRO an export costs no points. See Pricing.
It is an indicative estimate, not a contractor’s offer. The PDF is for reading. To make changes, use the project in the app or the XLS sheet.
Questions and answers
Is the PDF free?
No. You make the first AI estimate without creating an account, but after that downloading the PDF needs the PRO subscription. See Pricing.
Can I edit the PDF?
No. Correct the project in the app and download a new PDF, or download the XLS sheet.
How many items fit in the PDF?
Up to 600 items in one document.
Can I send the PDF to the crew?
Yes, it is an ordinary PDF file.
Is the estimate binding?
No. The contractor sets the final price.
