How it works
Step 1: Describe the renovation with the floor area
For example: “Bathroom 5 m², strip the old tiles, new tiles up to the ceiling, walk-in shower, wall-hung WC”. The material quantities are worked out from the area.
Step 2: Click “Estimate with AI”
If the description has no area, the app asks for it. You can type it in or skip it.
Step 3: See what is in the estimate
Without PRO you see how many equipment, material and work items the estimate has, how many working days it covers and what the two largest categories cost. The full list with quantities comes with PRO.

What to expect (honestly)
The quantities are worked out from the area. Without the floor area in the description and without an answer to the question about the area, the quantities may be incomplete. It is best to give the area of each room.
The AI may leave an item out or add one you do not need, especially with a short description. Check the list before buying. It is an indicative list, not a shop’s or a contractor’s offer.

No, you make the first AI estimate without an account. To save the project, create a free account. The full list with quantities comes with PRO.
How does the app know how much to buy?
The quantities are worked out from the room’s area. That is why it helps to give the floor area in the description. If it is missing, the app asks for it.
Does the list show how many packs to buy?
Yes, a material item has the number of packs to buy. You see it in the full list, that is with PRO.
Can I change the items and quantities?
Yes, with the PRO subscription: you change a quantity, remove an item or add your own.
What does it cost?
