How it works

  1. Step 1: Prepare the estimate

    You prepare the estimate in the project: with the AI, from the item catalogue or by hand.

  2. Step 2: Create a link

    Create a link to the client panel for the client’s email address and decide whether they see the prices. By default they do not.

  3. Step 3: Collect the decisions

    You see the client’s approvals, rejections, comments and notes in the project.

Who it is for

For design studios and interior architects who agree the scope and the equipment with the client and are tired of looking for decisions in emails and messengers.

The client sees only their own project. The prices in the panel are hidden by default and you turn them on when you want. Note: the QR code on the PDF printout leads to the panel with the prices.

What to expect (honestly)

The client panel is for agreeing things, not for signing a contract. Approving items in the panel does not replace a signature.

You issue the link for the client’s email. The client creates no account, but gives that address on the way in. The app has no sending by text message or WhatsApp today.

The panel is only for company accounts of the architecture firm type with the PRO subscription for firms. See Pricing.

Questions and answers

Does the client have to create an account?

No. They come in from the link or the QR code and give the email address the link was issued for.

Will the client see my prices?

In the panel from the link, only when you turn them on, as they are hidden by default. The QR code on the PDF printout shows the panel with the prices.

What can the client do in the panel?

Approve or reject items, comment on them, leave notes on photos and answer your questions.

I run a renovation company. Can I use it?

No. The panel is for design studios. A renovation company sends the client a PDF estimate (after the first AI estimate, with the PRO subscription for firms).
