A finishing estimate from the floor plan of your flat
Got a floor plan from the developer or from a listing? Take a photo or a screenshot of it and upload it to the app. The AI recognises the rooms, their area, the doors and the windows, and you check the result before working out the costs.

How it works
Step 1: Create a free account and add the floor plan
In the project choose “Add floor plan” and upload a picture of the plan (JPG, PNG or WebP). On a phone you can take the photo straight away.
Step 2: Check the rooms found
Next to the plan you see a list: the room type, the area, the doors and the windows. Correct the values, untick what you do not need or add a missing room.
Step 3: Approve
The rooms go into the project, and the estimate is worked out from their area.
Who it is for
For people who are buying a flat or planning its finishing and want a quick idea of the costs for the whole flat, not one room.
The floor plan saves typing, as the area of each room fills itself in. You decide what stays in the estimate.
What to expect (honestly)
You need a picture of the floor plan divided into rooms, preferably legible, with labels or the rooms’ areas. Save a PDF plan as a picture first, e.g. a screenshot. From an ordinary photo of an interior the app cannot read a plan; it says so and takes no points.
The AI can get it wrong with an illegible plan or an unusual layout. That is why you always see the list with values to correct before you approve. It is an indicative estimate, not a contractor’s offer.

Questions and answers
Do I need an account?
Yes, uploading a floor plan needs a free account. Without an account you can start with an estimate from a description.
What does analysing the plan cost?
2 points, and with the PRO subscription 1 point. The points are taken when you click “Approve” in the window with the rooms read. “Cancel” costs nothing. If there is no floor plan in the picture, no points are taken. The full prices come with PRO. See Pricing.
What file should I upload?
A picture of the floor plan divided into rooms, as JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB. PDF is not supported, so take a screenshot of the plan.
Can I correct the result?
Yes. Before approving you change the area, the number of doors and windows and the room type, and untick a room you do not need.
What happens to the floor plan?
The picture is sent to OpenAI (USA) for analysis and stays in your project. Do not upload documents with personal data or an address. Details: Privacy policy.
