How it works
Step 1: Describe the renovation
For example: “Bathroom 5 m², strip the old tiles, new tiles up to the ceiling, walk-in shower, wall-hung WC”. The more specifics (floor area in m², the work, the standard), the better the estimate.
Step 2: Click “Estimate with AI”
The analysis costs 1 point. Without PRO you get one AI estimate. Further estimates and the full prices come with PRO.
Step 3: See what is in the estimate
The number of equipment, material and work items, the rooms, the working days and the cost of two categories. The whole amount and every item come with PRO.
What you get
The estimate is split into three parts: equipment (e.g. a basin, a WC), materials (e.g. adhesive, grout, tiles) and labor (the crew’s work with the number of days). You see what you pay for, not one amount.
The result goes straight into a project. With the PRO subscription you can correct it: change quantities, remove items, add your own. When you give the floor area, the material quantities are worked out from the surface.
With an account you can come back to the project later, and with PRO download the estimate as a PDF.
What to expect (honestly)
It is an indicative estimate based on typical prices, not a contractor’s offer. Prices in your town and with your crew may differ. Treat it as a starting point for a conversation and for comparing offers.
The AI works out what is in the description. If you leave something out or the description is general, items may be missing. Check the list of work and add what is missing. When the description has no floor area, the app asks for it.

Do I need an account?
Not for the first estimate – you start without an account. To save the project, create a free account. The full prices come with PRO.
What does it cost?
Analysing a description costs 1 point. Without PRO you get one AI estimate; further estimates, all the prices and the PDF come with PRO – see Pricing.
Can I estimate a whole flat?
Yes. Describe all the rooms and give the floor area, e.g. “Flat 48 m², 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom: painting, new floors, bathroom to renovate”.
How do I write a good description?
Give the room, the floor area in m² and the list of work, e.g. “Kitchen 9 m², new cabinets, worktop, tiles above the worktop, painting”. You can also give the dimensions, e.g. “bathroom 2 x 2.5 m”, and the app works out the floor area from them.
What happens to my description?
The description is sent to OpenAI (USA) for analysis. Do not enter personal data or an address. Details: Privacy policy.
Is the estimate binding?
No. It is an indicative estimate – the contractor sets the final price.
