How does it work?
From a property description to a quote with devices and fittings
Describe the job
AI sets the type: alarm, CCTV, both together, intercom or smart home. It takes the numbers of sensors, cameras and points from the description when it gives them.
Check the items
Installation per point and per camera, control panel, recorder, cables and fittings. Devices with quantities shown separately, and when the equipment is the client’s—installation with the company’s cables and fittings.
Send the quote
The “Inspection and on-site estimate” item priced at 0 and travel per km are in the estimate. You change every price, a PDF estimate for the client.

You describe the job, AI sets up the project
Write what needs doing or add a photo of the floor plan. AI sets the floor area, the number of rooms and the scope of work, and you see the estimate amounts straight away.

Labor with working time
Every labor category has an amount and the number of working days for the crew, and you decide whether the client sees the time. Next to it you see a summary of every part of the estimate. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to the next project.

Choose what goes into the estimate and which details to show: items, completion time, price notes. The PDF goes out with your company's details.
Sharing and export
Access for a chosen person: read, edit or admin. The public read-only link is in PRO for companies. Export to PDF and XLS, and a company account can also upload its own price list from an .xlsx file.

On site from your phone
It is the same app: the project, the list of jobs and item details without a laptop.
What the calculator gives an alarm, CCTV and smart home company
Alarm, cameras, intercom and smart home in one template.
Wired or wireless alarm
With no number of sensors, the template assumes 8 points. To the control panel it adds programming, a siren, a keypad and a GSM module with a phone app.
Cameras by location
Cameras on the building, indoors and on a pole have separate rates. With no number, the template assumes 4 cameras and matches a 4- or 8-channel recorder to their number (up to 8 cameras).
Wi-Fi cameras
Wi-Fi cameras with recording to a card or the cloud, with installation and setup. Phone viewing is included in both variants.
Intercom to the garden gate
A video intercom or an audio intercom, an electric strike—unless there already is one—a card reader and a cable to the garden gate in a trench per lin. m.
Smart home
Wireless: modules in wall boxes and a hub, 10 points by default. Wired: modules in the distribution board, a controller and programming, 40 points by default. Plus 3 scenes.
8% VAT, work outside the building 23%
The template has one rate, 8% (installation in a residential building within the floor-area limit). A camera on a pole and a cable in a trench are work outside the building, usually at 23% VAT: change the rate or split the quote. Confirm the rate with your accountant.

Alarm in a single-story house: 6 motion sensors and 4 door/window contacts
The client wants notifications on their phone. The template works out 10 wired points, a control panel with programming, a siren, a keypad and a GSM module.
Property CCTV: 4 cameras on the house and one on a pole by the gate
The template works out the cameras on the building and on the pole separately, an 8-channel recorder with a hard drive and phone viewing.
Video intercom at a garden gate 20 m from the house, electric strike already in place
The template works out the video intercom installation and device, and 20 lin. m of cable to the garden gate in a trench with a conduit.

Contract and estimate with the project data
Open the document generator from the project menu. Client, address, scope and amounts are already in. Send the contract to the client to sign online, and after the job prepare an acceptance report, plus an addendum when the scope changes.

Below the contract in the generator, choose a work acceptance report or a contract addendum. The parties, address and contract date carry over on their own, and the client signs the report on the screen.

Room planner
Draw the floor plan with the area of every room and look at it in 3D. Open the planner in one click from the project menu, and the whole plan is saved in the link—set it aside or pass it on. Rooms with their floor area and perimeter go from the planner into the app without retyping: into a new project, for the same points as any new project, or into a project you already have (then the rooms from the plan replace its rooms; items and totals stay in the estimate, check them after the import).

A product from a shop straight into the estimate
The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about pricing alarms, CCTV and intercoms
How many detectors does the template price when the client gives no number?
8 alarm points, plus the control panel, keypad, siren and GSM module. You change the number of detectors in the description or the template questions.
How many cameras are in a CCTV quote?
4 when the description gives no number. Installation depends on the place: indoors, on a wall or on a pole. Wired cameras come with a recorder; Wi-Fi cameras are priced without one.
Is an electric strike priced with an intercom?
Yes, fitting an electric strike in the gate or door. When the client writes that a strike is already there, the item drops out.
How many smart home points does the template assume?
10 in a wireless system and 40 in a wired one, plus 3 scenes or automations. You change the number of points in the description or the template questions.
What VAT rate does this work have?
The template uses 8%, as for work in a residential building. Work outside the building usually has 23%, so check the rate with your accountant; you change it in the project.
