Length in lin. m or the plot area, fence type, base wall, gate and wicket gate. AI sets these from the client’s description.

Installation, base wall, removal of the old fence and materials per lin. m, the gate and opener under equipment. The “Measurement and on-site estimate” item priced at 0, travel per km.

You describe the job, AI sets up the project
Write what needs doing or add a photo of the floor plan. AI sets the floor area, the number of rooms and the scope of work, and you see the estimate amounts straight away.

Labor with working time
Every labor category has an amount and the number of working days for the crew, and you decide whether the client sees the time. Next to it you see a summary of every part of the estimate. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to the next project.

Choose what goes into the estimate and which details to show: items, completion time, price notes. The PDF goes out with your company's details.
Sharing and export
Access for a chosen person: read, edit or admin. The public read-only link is in PRO for companies. Export to PDF and XLS, and a company account can also upload its own price list from an .xlsx file.

What the calculator gives a fencing company
Fence, base wall and gate worked out from the meters and the client’s description.
Meters from the plot
When the client gives only the plot area, the template estimates the length as 0.08 × m² + 46 lin. m. Linear meters you enter take priority.
Panels, mesh, fence sections
3D panels, mesh, or metal fence sections and pickets. A precast base wall, a cast concrete one or no base wall. You prepare 2–3 offer variants, e.g. with 3D panels and with fence sections, with “Duplicate project”: in the copy you change the fence. A copy uses points, with a PRO Subscription too, taken only once the copy succeeds.
Gate, opener, wicket gate
A sliding gate with foundation and opener or a double swing gate, plus a wicket gate. “No opener” and “no wicket gate” remove those items. When the description does not mention a gate, the template assumes a sliding gate with opener and one wicket gate; “no gate” removes them.
Client’s material
When the client has their own material, installation stays; materials and equipment (the gate and wicket gate too) are removed. A cast base wall stays together with the concrete and steel, because it is one labor item.
Gate or opener only
The job type “gate, wicket gate or opener only” zeroes the fence installation, even when the description gives a fence length.
Your prices and VAT
You change every starting price to your own. One VAT rate for the job, 23%, which you can change.

The client gives only the plot area—the template assumes approx. 126 lin. m and adds a sliding gate with foundation and opener, plus a wicket gate.
Mesh on posts, approx. 100 lin. m, no gate or wicket gate
“No base wall, no gate and no wicket gate”—the template works out the mesh installation with posts and tension wire, and the material for 100 lin. m.

Contract and estimate with the project data
Open the document generator from the project menu. Client, address, scope and amounts are already in. Send the contract to the client to sign online, and after the job prepare an acceptance report, plus an addendum when the scope changes.

Below the contract in the generator, choose a work acceptance report or a contract addendum. The parties, address and contract date carry over on their own, and the client signs the report on the screen.
- Chrome extension
A product from a shop straight into the estimate
The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about pricing a fence
Which gate does the template price when the description does not mention one?
A sliding gate with a motor and a wicket gate. When the client writes “no motor”, “no wicket” or “no gate”, those items drop out of the quote. You pick a swing gate in the template questions.
Which base wall is in the quote?
A precast one. In the template questions you change it to poured concrete or to a fence with no base wall.
Where does the template get the fence length from?
From the description when the client gives the meters. When only the plot area is given, the template estimates the length from it. You change the length in the template questions.
Can I price just a gate or a gate motor?
Yes. Pick “gate, wicket or motor only” as the job type, and the template prices only those items.
What VAT rate does a fence have?
The template uses 23%. You change the rate in the project; if in doubt, check it with your accountant.
