Describe the job
AI sets the job type: fireplace with surround, stove or wood stove, chimney only, or inspection. Plus the type of insert and surround.

Installation, surround, flue connection, chimney liner per lin. m and chimney sweep acceptance. Appliances and materials with quantities shown separately.
Send the quote
The “Measurement and on-site estimate” item priced at 0 and travel per km are in the estimate. You change every price, a PDF estimate for the client. The template has one VAT rate, 8% (residential building within the floor-area limit; otherwise 23%), which you can change.

You describe the job, AI sets up the project
Write what needs doing or add a photo of the floor plan. AI sets the floor area, the number of rooms and the scope of work, and you see the estimate amounts straight away.

Labor with working time
Every labor category has an amount and the number of working days for the crew, and you decide whether the client sees the time. Next to it you see a summary of every part of the estimate. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to the next project.

Choose what goes into the estimate and which details to show: items, completion time, price notes. The PDF goes out with your company's details.
Sharing and export
Access for a chosen person: read, edit or admin. The public read-only link is in PRO for companies. Export to PDF and XLS, and a company account can also upload its own price list from an .xlsx file.

On site from your phone
It is the same app: the project, the list of jobs and item details without a laptop.
What the calculator gives a fireplace installer
Fireplace, stove, chimney and inspection in one template.
Three types of insert
Standard air insert, premium with panoramic or corner glass, or with a water jacket—each with its own starting price.
Board-built or ready-made surround
A board-built surround is labor plus a set of fireproof boards. A ready-made one is the surround and its installation.
Water jacket, buffer tank and DGP
With a water-jacket insert, the connection to central heating is included with materials. A 500 l buffer tank and DGP hot-air distribution are separate questions.
Chimney per linear meter
Chimney liner, flue milling and a system chimney are priced per lin. m. For a chimney-only job with no meters given, the template assumes 8 lin. m of liner.
Chimney sweep acceptance and inspection
After installing a fireplace, stove or chimney, the chimney sweep acceptance is added automatically. The “inspection / cleaning” type counts the flues and zeroes the chimney work.
Client’s insert or stove
When the client has already bought the appliance, the quote covers installation only—without appliances and materials.

The client writes that the chimney is there and it only needs connecting. The template sets a premium insert, installation, a board-built surround with material, the flue connection and chimney sweep acceptance.

The client writes that the chimney is too narrow for a new fireplace. The template quotes the chimney only: milling and liner installation per lin. m, a steel liner and chimney sweep acceptance.

Contract and estimate with the project data
Open the document generator from the project menu. Client, address, scope and amounts are already in. Send the contract to the client to sign online, and after the job prepare an acceptance report, plus an addendum when the scope changes.

Below the contract in the generator, choose a work acceptance report or a contract addendum. The parties, address and contract date carry over on their own, and the client signs the report on the screen.

Draw the floor plan with the area of every room and look at it in 3D. Open the planner in one click from the project menu, and the whole plan is saved in the link—set it aside or pass it on. Rooms with their floor area and perimeter go from the planner into the app without retyping: into a new project, for the same points as any new project, or into a project you already have (then the rooms from the plan replace its rooms; items and totals stay in the estimate, check them after the import).

A product from a shop straight into the estimate
The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about pricing a fireplace
Which fireplace casing does the template price?
A board casing: frame, insulating and fireproof boards and filling. You pick a ready-made casing in the template questions, and then its installation is priced.
Do I have to add the chimney sweep approval by hand?
No. When an insert or a stove is installed, the template adds the chimney sweep approval on its own.
What does a fireplace with a water jacket include?
The insert with the jacket and its connection to the central heating: pump, valves, expansion vessel and controls.
What if the client already has an insert or a stove?
Then only the installation of the client’s unit is priced, without the unit itself.
What VAT rate does a fireplace have?
The template uses 8%, as for work in a residential building. You change the rate in the project; if in doubt, check it with your accountant.
