How does it work?
From floor area to an estimate with flooring, underlay and skirting
Describe the job
Floor area, floor type and what to do with the subfloor. AI sets the job type: new floor, drywall only, parquet restoration or a resin floor.
Check the items
Laying per m², flooring with a 7% allowance, underlay or adhesive, skirting boards and threshold strips in materials. When the client has their own flooring, the materials drop out.
Send the estimate
The “On-site measurement and estimate” item has a price of 0, travel is charged per km. You change every price to your own, and the estimate goes to the client as a PDF.

You describe the job, AI sets up the project
Write what needs doing or add a photo of the floor plan. AI sets the floor area, the number of rooms and the scope of work, and you see the estimate amounts straight away.

Labor with working time
Each labor category has an amount and a number of crew working days, and you decide whether the client sees the time. Next to it you see the materials and labor summary. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to your next project.

Choose what goes into the estimate and which details to show: items, completion time, price notes. The PDF goes out with your company's details.
Sharing and export
Access for a chosen person: read, edit or admin. The public read-only link is in PRO for companies. Export to PDF and XLS, and a company account can also upload its own price list from an .xlsx file.

It is the same app: the project, the list of jobs and item details without a laptop.
What the calculator gives a flooring company and a drywall installer
Each job is a separate item with a quantity the client sees in the estimate.
Five floor types
Laminate panels, click vinyl, glue-down vinyl, floating engineered wood, parquet or glued wood flooring—each with its own laying rate. Herringbone is a surcharge per m². You prepare 2–3 offer variants, e.g. with laminate panels and with engineered wood, with “Duplicate project”: in the copy you change the floor. A copy uses points, with a PRO Subscription too, taken only once the copy succeeds.
Floor area and skirting
Floor m² from the rooms; AI leaves out tiled bathrooms when the description lists them—you check the area before sending. Skirting is 0.8 lin. m per m² when the description gives no length; with “skirting stays” it disappears from the quote.
Subfloor
Removal of the old floor with waste disposal, self-leveling screed and a sand-cement screed laid with a screed pump as separate items. For screeds, labor and material are separate.
Parquet restoration
Sanding and varnishing per m² (template: 3 coats of varnish), varnish with primer in materials. With new parquet, varnishing is added automatically.
Resin floors
Thin-coat epoxy paint, a self-leveling epoxy floor or a polyurethane floor per m², labor and material separately. Grinding the subfloor comes with every floor, and stripping an old coating, repairing expansion joints per lin. m and an anti-slip broadcast are added from the description. Without a type in the description, the template works out a self-leveling epoxy floor.
Underfloor heating
A heating mat, cable or film under a new floor: installation and material per m² and a thermostat per piece. Without an area in the description, it goes under the whole floor. It counts with a new floor.
Drywall
A partition wall with wool and boarding on both sides, a door fitted in the partition, a single-level suspended ceiling. Studs, boards and wool in materials per m².
A job without a new floor
The job type “drywall only”, “parquet restoration” or “resin floor” zeroes laying a new floor, even when the description mentions the apartment’s floor area.

Laminate in a 50 m² apartment, carpet removal
The client gives the floor area and the old carpet. Included: laminate with an allowance, underlay, skirting, removal and waste disposal.
Sanding and varnishing 40 m² of parquet
Job type “parquet restoration”: sanding, three coats of varnish and the varnish, without laying a new floor.
12 m² drywall partition with a door
Job type “drywall only”: the partition per m² with material and fitting the door, without flooring.
30 m² garage, epoxy floor with an anti-slip broadcast
A self-leveling epoxy floor with an anti-slip broadcast on 30 m², grinding the subfloor and repairing 6 lin. m of cracks; labor and material separately.
40 m² basement, painting the floor with epoxy paint

30 m² living room, glued vinyl, a heating mat under 24 m²
Self-leveling screed, glued vinyl, skirting, a heating mat under the part of the floor without furniture and a thermostat.

Contract and estimate with the project data
Open the document generator from the project menu. Client, address, scope and amounts are already in. Send the contract to the client to sign online, and after the job prepare an acceptance report, plus an addendum when the scope changes.

Below the contract in the generator, choose a work acceptance report or a contract addendum. The parties, address and contract date carry over on their own, and the client signs the report on the screen.

Draw the floor plan with the area of every room and look at it in 3D. Open the planner in one click from the project menu, and the whole plan is saved in the link—set it aside or pass it on. Rooms with their floor area and perimeter go from the planner into the app without retyping: into a new project, for the same points as any new project, or into a project you already have (then the rooms from the plan replace its rooms; items and totals stay in the estimate, check them after the import).

A product from a shop straight into the estimate
The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about quoting floors
How is a resin floor worked out?
Per m², by type: epoxy paint, a self-leveling epoxy floor or a polyurethane floor, with labor and material separately. Grinding the subfloor counts for every floor, and stripping an old coating, expansion joints and an anti-slip broadcast are separate items.
What does installing a heating mat include?
Installation per m² covers laying the mat with a sensor under the floor, and the thermostat is per piece.
Which floors does the mat go under?
Under every new floor in the template: laminate, vinyl, engineered wood and parquet. Without a mat area in the description, the template works it out under the whole floor.
