How does it work?
From the job description to an estimate with paint and primer
Describe the job
Floor area, wall condition, color, plaster type and whether the apartment is furnished. AI sets the scope: walls and ceilings, walls only, ceilings only or interior plastering.
Check the items
Two-coat painting, surface preparation, wallpaper and elements per m², lin. m or piece. Paint, primer and filler with quantities in materials.
Send the estimate
The “On-site estimate” item has a price of 0, travel is charged per km. You change every price to your own, and the estimate goes to the client as a PDF.

You describe the job, AI sets up the project
Write what needs doing or add a photo of the floor plan. AI sets the floor area, the number of rooms and the scope of work, and you see the estimate amounts straight away.

Labor with working time
Each labor category has an amount and a number of crew working days, and you decide whether the client sees the time. Next to it you see the materials and labor summary. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to your next project.

Choose what goes into the estimate and which details to show: items, completion time, price notes. The PDF goes out with your company's details.
Sharing and export
Access for a chosen person: read, edit or admin. The public read-only link is in PRO for companies. Export to PDF and XLS, and a company account can also upload its own price list from an .xlsx file.

What the calculator gives a painter
Each job is a separate item with a quantity the client sees in the estimate.
Walls from floor area
When you don’t give the wall m², walls are 2.3 × the floor area and ceilings are the floor area. When the description gives room dimensions, AI works out walls as perimeter × height minus windows and doors; you check the figure in the quote.
Wall condition
Good, damaged or needing a skim coat. The condition determines filling defects, a two-layer skim coat and priming—in good condition, primer is included in the painting price.
Paint and primer with quantities
Paint at 0.17 l per m² for two coats, primer in liters. When the client has their own paint, paint and primer drop out of the quote.
Color and protection
An intense color adds a third coat on the walls. In a furnished apartment, protection with plastic sheeting per m² of floor is added, with sheeting and tape in materials.
Wallpaper, doors, radiators
Standard wallpaper or photo wallpaper, stripping old wallpaper, doors with leaf and frame, radiators per section, pipes per lin. m and a suspended drywall ceiling.
Interior plastering
Machine-applied gypsum or cement-lime plaster per m², walls and ceilings at the same rate. With no type in the description, the template prices gypsum; with no wall m², it assumes 2.5 × the floor area, and ceilings as the floor area. Corner beads and protecting windows and doors are added on their own, mesh for joints from the description; plaster bags and primer are in materials.
Stretch ceilings
A stretch ceiling per m² with installation by type: matte or satin, mirror, two-level, printed, starry sky or perforated. The membrane per m² and the perimeter profiles in the materials. LED lighting as a surcharge per m².
Decorative plaster and microcement
Architectural concrete, Venetian stucco, Venetian clay, travertine and microcement per m², with the system material. A surcharge for a wet zone with microcement and leveling walls with a skim coat per m². Without m² in the description, the template works out the walls from the floor area.
A job without painting walls
The job type “elements / wallpaper only” zeroes painting of walls and ceilings, their preparation and their materials, even when the description mentions a floor area.

The client gives the floor area and the white color. Walls are counted as 2.3 × the floor area, ceilings as the floor area, and paint and primer go into materials.
60 m² developer-finish apartment, skim coats and painting
Wall condition “needs a skim coat”: skim coat and priming on walls and ceilings, then two-coat painting.
Bedroom: stripping 30 m² of wallpaper, 10 m² photo wallpaper
Job type “elements / wallpaper only”: stripping and photo wallpaper without painting walls, wallpaper paste in materials.
100 m² house, gypsum plaster on walls and ceilings
A shell-stage house, no plaster type given: the template prices machine-applied gypsum plaster on 250 m² of walls and 100 m² of ceilings, corner beads, protecting windows and doors, plaster bags and primer.
6 m² bathroom, cement-lime plaster, suspended ceiling
The template prices cement-lime plaster on 15 m² of walls without the ceiling, with mortar and primer in materials.
25 m² living room, a matte stretch ceiling with LED strips
Job type “stretch ceiling”: installing a matte ceiling, an LED surcharge, the membrane per m² and the profiles round the room.
12 m² accent wall, architectural concrete
Job type “decorative plaster”: trowelled architectural concrete per m², the system material separately.

Contract and estimate with the project data
Open the document generator from the project menu. Client, address, scope and amounts are already in. Send the contract to the client to sign online, and after the job prepare an acceptance report, plus an addendum when the scope changes.

Below the contract in the generator, choose a work acceptance report or a contract addendum. The parties, address and contract date carry over on their own, and the client signs the report on the screen.

Draw the floor plan with the area of every room and look at it in 3D. Open the planner in one click from the project menu, and the whole plan is saved in the link—set it aside or pass it on. Rooms with their floor area and perimeter go from the planner into the app without retyping: into a new project, for the same points as any new project, or into a project you already have (then the rooms from the plan replace its rooms; items and totals stay in the estimate, check them after the import).

A product from a shop straight into the estimate
The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about plastering and ceiling quotes
Gypsum or cement-lime?
The template prices one plaster type per project: machine-applied gypsum when the description names none, cement-lime when the description gives it or you pick it in the template questions.
Are ceilings included?
Ceilings are priced at the same rate per m² as walls, using the floor area. When a ceiling will be suspended or left unplastered, say so in the description and the template leaves it out.
What about corner beads and mesh?
The template adds plaster corner beads on its own, per lin. m from the wall area, and protecting windows and doors with sheeting per piece. It counts mesh for joints and chases when the description mentions it. Window reveals, a scratch coat and hand-applied plaster you price yourself.
Does the template add painting to plastering?
No. With plastering, painting and wall preparation drop out, because painting comes once the plaster has dried, usually in a separate project.
What VAT does plastering have?
The same as painting: 8%, the rate for work in a residential building within the floor-area limit. In commercial premises or above the limit the rate is higher, so check it with your accountant; you change it in the project.
Is LED in a stretch ceiling included?
No. LED lighting is a surcharge per m² of ceiling: one rate for LED strips, a higher one for backlighting the whole membrane, light lines or perimeter LED.
Does microcement in a bathroom cost more?
Yes. In a wet zone (a shower, a bathroom without tiles), the template adds a surcharge per m², and with uneven walls, leveling with a skim coat per m².
