Power in kWp or annual consumption from the bills, roof type and battery. From the description, AI fills in the job type and the template’s questions.

You describe the job, AI sets up the project
Type in what needs doing. AI sets the power in kWp or the annual consumption, the mounting location, the battery and the job type, and you see the equipment and labor amounts straight away.

Labor with working time
Each labor category has an amount and a number of crew working days, and you decide whether the client sees the time. Next to it you see the equipment and labor summary. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to your next project.

Choose what goes into the estimate and which details to show: items, completion time, price notes. The PDF goes out with your company's details.
Sharing and export
Access for a chosen person: read, edit or admin. The public read-only link is in PRO for companies. Export to PDF and XLS, and a company account can also upload its own price list from an .xlsx file.

On site from your phone
It is the same app: the project, the list of jobs and item details without a laptop.
What the calculator gives a solar PV installer
Net starting prices and VAT 8% (residential building within the floor-area limit). A ground-mounted installation without a building or one for a business is usually 23%—you change the rate and every price manually.
Power from the bills
When the client gives only the annual consumption, the power is 1 kWp for every 1,000 kWh of annual consumption. With no data in the description, the template assumes 6 kWp.
Mounting location
A separate installation rate per kWp for metal roofs, tiled roofs, flat roofs and ground mounts. Ground mounts add a surcharge for the structure.
Paperwork
Design, grid operator notification, AC/DC switchboard and grounding in one item. Above 6.5 kW, approval by a fire safety expert is added.
Battery and extras
Battery per kWh with installation and a hybrid inverter, optimizers for each panel, an EV charger with its circuit—each as a separate item.
Servicing without a new installation
For an existing system: a battery per kWh of capacity with installation and swapping the inverter for a hybrid one. Servicing covers a technical inspection and panel cleaning.
Client’s own equipment
The client already has panels and an inverter? The template keeps installation and paperwork, without the PV kit.

House, 6 kWp on a metal roof
The client writes “6 kW solar on the roof”. The template counts the PV kit and installation for 6 kWp, plus the design with the notification.
10 kWh battery for an existing system
The client adds a battery to an 8 kWp system. The template counts the battery per kWh with installation and commissioning, and replacing the inverter with a hybrid one.
Inspection and cleaning of 16 panels
Job type “servicing”: technical inspection of the system and panel cleaning charged per piece.

Contract and estimate with the project data
Open the document generator from the project menu. Client, address, scope and amounts are already in. Send the contract to the client to sign online, and after the job prepare an acceptance report, plus an addendum when the scope changes.

Below the contract in the generator, choose a work acceptance report or a contract addendum. The parties, address and contract date carry over on their own, and the client signs the report on the screen.

A product from a shop straight into the estimate
The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about pricing solar panels
How does the template size the installation?
1 kWp for every 1000 kWh of yearly power use. When the description gives neither the use nor the power, the template prices 6 kWp. You change the power in the template questions.
Does ground mounting cost the same as roof mounting?
No. Installation per kWp depends on the place: a metal roof, a tiled roof, a flat roof or the ground, where a mounting frame is added.
What about the design and the grid operator notification?
The design, the notification, the switchboard with protections and the earthing are one item. Above 6.5 kW the template adds the fire safety expert’s approval of the design.
Can the template price a home battery?
Yes. A home battery, optimizers and an electric car charger are separate items in the template.
What VAT rate do solar panels have?
The template uses 8%, as for an installation on a residential building. You change the rate in the project; if in doubt, check it with your accountant.
