How does it work?
From the number of windows to a quote with installation and sills
Describe the job
Number of windows, dimensions, material and installation type. From the description, AI sets the job type: replacement, new build shell, doors or roller blinds only, a garage door, or servicing.
Check the items
Windows per m², installation per lin. m of perimeter, sills, doors, roller blinds, insect screens, garage doors with installation and a motor, and travel per km. The “On-site measurement and estimate” item is priced at 0. You change every price.
Send the estimate
A PDF estimate for the client. The template has one VAT rate: 8% (windows with installation in a residential building within the floor-area limit; otherwise 23%, and a garage door in a freestanding garage usually 23% too), and you can change the rate.

You describe the job, AI sets up the project
Write what needs doing or add a photo of the floor plan. AI sets the floor area, the number of rooms and the scope of work, and you see the estimate amounts straight away.

Labor with working time
Every labor category has an amount and the number of working days for the crew, and you decide whether the client sees the time. Next to it you see a summary of every part of the estimate. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to the next project.

Choose what goes into the estimate and which details to show: items, completion time, price notes. The PDF goes out with your company's details.
Sharing and export
Access for a chosen person: read, edit or admin. The public read-only link is in PRO for companies. Export to PDF and XLS, and a company account can also upload its own price list from an .xlsx file.

It is the same app: the project, the list of jobs and item details without a laptop.
What the calculator gives a window installer
A quote that includes removal, disposal, reveal finishing and sills.
Perimeter from the number of windows
Installation is charged per lin. m of perimeter, from the number of windows and their m². When the client gives no dimensions, the template assumes 1.8 m² per window.
Three installation types
Standard installation, warm installation or installation in the insulation layer—each with its own rate per lin. m of perimeter.
Replacement with removal
A replacement adds removal per m² of window, disposal of the old frames, reveal finishing and sills.
Window servicing
The “window servicing” job type counts the visit, sash adjustment, seals per lin. m, hardware, insulated glass units and handles.
Doors, roller blinds, insect screens only
Interior doors with a frame per unit, with removal of the old ones when the description gives it. It works out the roller blind area from the average window size.
Garage doors
Sectional standard or premium 60 mm, up-and-over or roller, each with installation per piece. The template adds a motor with photocells and remotes to a sectional door, to an up-and-over one only from the description, and a roller door has it included. Removing the old door when the description mentions it; with no number of doors, the template counts one.
Client’s own windows and door
When the client has already bought the windows or the garage door, the template counts installation only—without the price of the windows, the door, the motor and the sill material.

Replacing one PVC window with sills and reveal finishing
The client gives the number of windows without dimensions. The template assumes 1.8 m² per window and adds removal, disposal, reveal finishing and both sills.
Replacing the front door with an insulated steel one
Job type “doors / roller blinds / insect screens only”—the template counts an insulated steel door, its installation, removal of the old one and disposal.
Adjustment and seal replacement in 8 windows
From the description “window adjustment and seal replacement in 8 windows”, the template counts a service visit, adjustment of 8 sashes and 10 lin. m of seals per window.
Replacing an up-and-over door with a sectional one with a motor
The template works out a sectional door with installation, a motor with photocells and remotes, its installation and removing the old door.
A new up-and-over door
A garage in the shell stage: the template works out an up-and-over door of approx. 250 × 212 cm and its installation.
A roller garage door with a motor
The template works out a roller door with a tubular motor and remotes, and its installation.
Restoring wooden windows and doors
A separate job type for old wooden joinery that the client wants restored rather than replaced. The AI recognizes it from the description and counts sashes, seals, putty, glazing and doors.
Full restoration or a refresh
Full sash restoration: stripping the old coating, repairs, sanding and painting. Refresh: sanding and painting without major repairs. The rate is per sash, and a box-type window counts as four sashes.
Seals, putty and glazing
Routed-in seals and glazing putty per running meter, insulated glass units in the old frames per m², with labor and the glass unit.
Doors and frames
Restoration of interior, entrance or balcony doors and of door frames, per piece.

Contract and estimate with the project data
Open the document generator from the project menu. Client, address, scope and amounts are already in. Send the contract to the client to sign online, and after the job prepare an acceptance report, plus an addendum when the scope changes.

Below the contract in the generator, choose a work acceptance report or a contract addendum. The parties, address and contract date carry over on their own, and the client signs the report on the screen.

Draw the floor plan with the area of every room and look at it in 3D. Open the planner in one click from the project menu, and the whole plan is saved in the link—set it aside or pass it on. Rooms with their floor area and perimeter go from the planner into the app without retyping: into a new project, for the same points as any new project, or into a project you already have (then the rooms from the plan replace its rooms; items and totals stay in the estimate, check them after the import).

A product from a shop straight into the estimate
The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about window and door quotes
Is the motor included in the door price?
For a sectional door, the template adds a motor with a rail, photocells and two remotes, and its installation. For an up-and-over door it does so only when the description mentions a motor. A roller door has the motor included.
The client bought the door themselves. What does the template count?
Only installing the door and, when there is a motor, installing it—without the price of the door and the motor.
What VAT does a garage door have?
The template uses 8%, like windows with installation in a residential building. A garage door in a freestanding garage or a non-residential building usually has 23%, so check the rate with your accountant; you change it in the project.
How does the calculator price restoration when the client gives no number of sashes?
It assumes one sash per window. The company corrects the number in the project and can enter a box-type window as four sashes.
Is material included in restoration?
Yes. The per-sash rate includes paint or varnish. Routed-in seals are priced with material per running meter, and the glass unit is a separate material item per m².
When is it restoration and when is it window replacement?
The description sets the job type: “restore”, “repaint”, “new seals” on wooden windows means restoration, while “replace with new PVC” means window replacement with fitting and removal of the old ones.
