You describe the job, AI sets up the project
Enter what needs to come down: the volume or size of the building, m² of walls and floors, lin. m of chimney or fence. AI sets the job type and the quantities, and you see the labor and removal amounts straight away.

Labor with working time
Each labor category has an amount and the number of crew workdays, and you decide whether the client sees the time. The building, interior demolition, site structures and debris removal are in separate categories. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to your next project.

Choose what goes into the estimate and which details to show: items, completion time, price notes. The PDF goes out with your company's details.
Sharing and export
Access for a chosen person: read, edit or admin. The public read-only link is in PRO for companies. Export to PDF and XLS, and a company account can also upload its own price list from an .xlsx file.

What the calculator gives a demolition company
Net starting prices and 23% VAT, since most jobs are buildings and structures on the plot. Interior demolition as part of renovating a home usually has 8%—check the rate with your accountant; you change the rate and every price.
Building per m³ of volume
Masonry, timber, or concrete (plain or reinforced), each at its own rate per m³. With no volume in the description, the template works it out from the footprint and the number of storeys. Debris removal is a separate item.
Interior demolition per m²
Masonry partition walls, drywall, concrete walls, openings in a load-bearing wall per m² of opening and breaking out floors.
Chimney, fence and asbestos-cement sheets
A brick chimney and a masonry fence per lin. m, asbestos-cement sheet removal and disposal per m², at the same rates as in the roofing work calculator.
Debris removal from the demolition
The template works out the m³ of debris from what you demolish, rounds it up and adds removal with loading. When the client orders the skip, there is no removal. You prepare a variant with and without removal with “Duplicate project”. A copy uses points, with a PRO Subscription too, taken only once the copy succeeds.
Travel per km
Travel to the demolition site is counted per km one way. You change the rate and the km in the project.
On-site estimate when data is missing
A building with no volume and no footprint in the description gets only the “Inspection and on-site estimate” item priced at 0, instead of a guessed amount.

12 m² of brick partition, a 2 m² opening in a load-bearing wall and 20 m² of floor: the template works out each demolition per m² and 5 m³ of debris.

On the plot: the template works out the chimney and the fence per lin. m and the debris removal.
10×12 m single-storey house with an asbestos-cement roof
The template works out the volume from the footprint, the demolition, removing and disposing of 150 m² of asbestos-cement sheets, and the removal.

Contract and estimate with the project data
Open the document generator from the project menu. Client, address, scope and amounts are already in. Send the contract to the client to sign online, and after the job prepare an acceptance report, plus an addendum when the scope changes.

A product from a shop straight into the estimate
The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about quoting demolition
How is the price of demolishing a building worked out?
Per m³ of volume, separately for masonry, timber and concrete or reinforced concrete buildings. Without the volume in the description, the template works it out from the footprint and the number of storeys.
Is debris removal included in the demolition price?
No. Debris removal with loading is a separate item per m³. The template works out the m³ of debris from what you demolish and rounds it up.
How do I quote removing asbestos-cement sheets?
Removal per m² (by a company licensed for asbestos) and transport and disposal per m², as two items.
Can I quote removing a wall in an apartment?
Yes. Masonry partition walls, drywall partitions and concrete walls are per m², an opening in a load-bearing wall per m² of the opening, and breaking up a floor per m².
