How does it work?
From a house description to a PDF estimate
Describe the build
Floor area, number of storeys, roof, heat source and stage: open shell, closed shell or developer standard. From the description, AI sets the stage and the house parameters. You start a house building project in PRO: Projects → Projects library → “Add new project”.
Check the items
The template works out the footprint, external walls, roof and windows from the floor area and the number of storeys. Items come in stage by stage: from the foundations to the services, plastering and the facade.
Send the quote
Labor, materials and equipment on separate tabs, the stage visible in the project to you and the client. A PDF estimate for the client.

You describe the job, AI sets up the project
Enter what needs doing: the floor area of the house, the number of storeys and the construction stage. AI sets the stage, the heat source and the sizes worked out from the floor area, and you see the labor, materials and equipment amounts straight away.

Labor with working time
Every labor category has an amount and the number of working days for the crew, and you decide whether the client sees the time. Next to it you see a summary of every part of the estimate. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to the next project.

Choose what goes into the estimate and which details to show: items, completion time, price notes. The PDF goes out with your company's details.
Sharing and export
Access for a chosen person: read, edit or admin. The public read-only link is in PRO for companies. Export to PDF and XLS, and a company account can also upload its own price list from an .xlsx file.

On site from your phone
It is the same app: the project, the list of jobs and item details without a laptop.
What the calculator gives a house building company
Net starting prices—confirm the VAT rate with your accountant; you change the rate and every price.
The construction stage in the project
Write in the description which stage you are building to: open shell, closed shell or developer standard. AI sets the stage from it (“to the developer standard”), and you and the client can change it in the project. Items of later stages stay out of the quote.
Open shell
Foundations, structure and load-bearing walls, floor slabs, stairs, chimney, block partition walls, the roof with its covering, and below-slab drainage.
Closed shell
On top of the open shell come windows, roof windows, external doors and, for a house with a garage, the garage door, with the units on the equipment tab.
Developer standard
Electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation services, plastering, screeds, drywall and suspended ceilings, window sills, attic insulation and an insulated facade. By default with an air-to-water heat pump, heat recovery ventilation and underfloor heating; a gas boiler or another heat source you set in the description.
House sizes from the floor area
The template works out the footprint, perimeter, external walls, roof and number of windows from the usable floor area, the number of storeys and the roof type. You can correct each value in the project.
Finishing in a separate project
Floors, tiles, bathrooms, painting and internal doors you quote in a renovation or finishing project, with rooms. For an existing house you can also quote selected work: the roof, insulation, windows, a heat pump or a septic tank.

140 m² house with an attic, open shell
The client writes about building to the open shell. The template works out the foundations, walls, floor slabs, roof structure with covering and stairs, and takes the sizes from the floor area and the attic.
120 m² bungalow, closed shell
On top of the open shell come windows and external doors. The template works out the number of windows from the floor area, and a bungalow gets no roof windows.
140 m² house to the developer standard with a heat pump
Services, plastering, screeds, insulation and the facade, an air-to-water heat pump with underfloor heating, and heat recovery ventilation. The client orders the finishing separately.

Contract and estimate with the project data
Open the document generator from the project menu. Client, address, scope and amounts are already in. Send the contract to the client to sign online, and after the job prepare an acceptance report, plus an addendum when the scope changes.

Below the contract in the generator, choose a work acceptance report or a contract addendum. The parties, address and contract date carry over on their own, and the client signs the report on the screen.

A product from a shop straight into the estimate
The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about quoting house building
Are the utility connections in the quote?
Yes, from the developer standard stage: the water connection with a meter, the sewer connection to the network or a septic tank or treatment plant when the client picks one, and the power supply to the building from the connection box.
How do I quote a site manager and geotechnics?
A site manager, a geotechnical report, site facilities and an as-built survey are on the item list with a starting price. You set the quantity and change the price to your own. Setting out the building by a surveyor is counted automatically.
Gas boiler or heat pump?
By default an air-to-water heat pump with a hot water tank. When the description mentions a gas boiler, the template counts a condensing boiler with a tank, the indoor gas installation with a pressure test, and a chimney.
What VAT does building a house have?
The template has one rate, 8%: a single-family house up to 300 m². For a larger house part of it is 23%; confirm the rate with your accountant and change it in the project.
