You describe the job, AI sets up the project
Write what needs doing or add a photo of the floor plan. AI sets the floor area, the number of rooms and the scope of work, and you see the estimate amounts straight away.

Labor with working time
Every labor category has an amount and the number of days for the crew, and you decide whether the client sees the time. Next to it, the totals for materials and labor. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to your next project.

Choose what goes into the estimate and which details to show: items, completion time, price notes. The PDF goes out with your company's details.
Sharing and export
Access for a chosen person: read, edit or admin. The public read-only link is in PRO for companies. Export to PDF and XLS, and a company account can also upload its own price list from an .xlsx file.

What the calculator gives a paving contractor
Layers, pavers and haulage worked out from the meters and the client’s description.
Layers matched to the load
The intended use sets the excavation depth and sub-base thickness: foot traffic 25 and 15 cm, cars 40 and 30 cm, heavy traffic 60 and 40 cm.
Pavers and aggregate with an allowance
Pavers with a 5% allowance, 10% with curves, aggregate from the sub-base thickness plus 20% for compaction, a 4 cm bedding layer. With the client’s own pavers, only the laying remains.
Five surface types
Concrete pavers, premium pavers, granite setts, patio slabs and grass grid pavers—each with its own laying rate. Curves and patterns carry a surcharge per m².
Edging and drainage per lin. m
When the client gives no meters, edging is 0.4 lin. m per m² of surface. A curb on a concrete bed and paver steps per lin. m, and manhole adjustment per unit, when the description gives them.
Haulage and demolition
Soil to remove in m³: the area times the excavation depth. Removing old pavers or breaking up concrete is separate. “Soil stays on the plot” drops the haulage.
Repair and cleaning
The job type “repair only” counts relaying sunken pavers and adjusting drain wells. “Cleaning and sealing” counts pressure washing, moss removal, oil stains and a clear or wet-look sealing. With both, no excavation, sub-base or new pavers.

The template assumes car traffic: 40 cm excavation, 30 cm sub-base, 24 m³ of soil to remove and 24 lin. m of edging.
25 m² patio in patio slabs, removing old pavers
Patio slabs set foot traffic (25 cm excavation, 15 cm sub-base), and removing the old pavers is a separate item per m².
80 m² granite driveway in curves, 5 m of drainage
Granite with a surcharge for curves, pavers with a 10% allowance and linear drainage in front of the garage priced per lin. m.
80 m² driveway: washing, moss, oil stains and sealing
Job type “cleaning and sealing”: pressure washing and moss removal per m², oil stains per service and a clear sealing per m².

Contract and estimate with the project data
Open the document generator from the project menu. Client, address, scope and amounts are already in. Send the contract to the client to sign online, and after the job prepare an acceptance report, plus an addendum when the scope changes.

Below the contract in the generator, choose a work acceptance report or a contract addendum. The parties, address and contract date carry over on their own, and the client signs the report on the screen.

A product from a shop straight into the estimate
The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about quoting paving
Is the sealant included in the sealing?
Yes. The sealing rate per m² covers the labor and the sealant. The wet look has its own, higher rate.
How deep is the excavation in the template?
By load: a sidewalk, path or patio 25 cm with a 15 cm base, a car driveway 40 cm with a 30 cm base, heavy traffic 60 cm with a 40 cm base.
How much paving with waste allowance is in the quote?
The area from the description plus 5% for a straight layout and 10% for curves and patterns.
Is hauling away the excavated soil included?
It is a separate item per m³: the area times the excavation depth. When the soil stays on the plot, the haul-away drops out of the quote.
How much edging does the template price?
0.4 m for every m² of paving when the description gives no meters. Curbs, palisades and channel drains are separate items per linear meter.
What VAT rate does paving have?
The template uses 23%. You change the rate in the project; if in doubt, check it with your accountant.
