You describe the job, AI sets up the project
Enter what needs doing: the deck area, the carport size, the drainage length or the house perimeter. AI sets the job type and the template questions, and you see the labor and material amounts straight away.

Labor with working time
Each labor category has an amount and the number of crew workdays, and you decide whether the client sees the time. Next to it you see a summary of materials and labor. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to your next project.

Sharing and export
Access for a chosen person: read, edit or admin. The public read-only link is in PRO for companies. Export to PDF and XLS, and a company account can also upload its own price list from an .xlsx file.

What the calculator gives a deck, carport and drainage company
Net starting prices and 23% VAT, since a deck on the ground and a freestanding carport are outside the building. For a cover against the house wall and foundation insulation (work on a residential building, usually 8%), check the rate with your accountant; you change the rate and every price.
Deck on joists by board
Pine, larch or composite in two grades, with joists and ground footings. Stairs and a railing per lin. m are separate items. You prepare a larch and a composite variant with “Duplicate project”: in the copy you change the board. A copy uses points, with a PRO Subscription too, taken only once the copy succeeds.
Cover and pergola by structure
Aluminum with polycarbonate or glass, wood, steel and a bioclimatic pergola, each at its own rate per m²; post footings per piece. The bioclimatic pergola has its own rate because it costs several times more than a polycarbonate cover.
Carport per m² of roof
Foundation, a wood or steel structure and metal tile or polycarbonate roofing per m² of roof. Walls and a tool shed per m² of wall.
Perimeter drainage per lin. m
Labor per lin. m and inspection chambers, with pipe, gravel and geotextile as materials. Drainage is also added to a deck or foundation insulation when the description gives its length.
Foundation insulation
Excavation in sections and vertical waterproofing per m² of wall (lin. m × depth; with no depth in the description, 1 m), XPS insulation when the description mentions it, and an injection damp-proof course per lin. m. With drainage, the excavation is not counted twice, since it is the same trench.
Client’s material and renovation
The client has already bought the boards or the cover kit? Installation only remains. Sanding and oiling an old deck is a job type of its own, with no building costs.

The client writes about a deck by the house, with oiling. The template works out larch boards with joists for 20 m², ground footings and oiling.

Against the house wall: the template works out the structure with roofing for 12 m² and two post footings.
6×5 m steel carport for two cars
The template works out the foundation, a steel structure and metal tile roofing for 30 m² of roof.
Perimeter drainage around a 10×12 m house
44 lin. m of drainage: the template works out labor per lin. m, four inspection chambers, pipe, gravel and geotextile.
Waterproofing the foundations of an old house
A 44 lin. m perimeter, 1 m deep: the template works out excavation in sections, vertical waterproofing with material and backfilling.

Below the contract in the generator, choose a work acceptance report or a contract addendum. The parties, address and contract date carry over on their own, and the client signs the report on the screen.

A product from a shop straight into the estimate
The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about quoting decks, carports and drainage
How is the price of a deck worked out?
Per m², with labor (joists and boards) and material by board separately: pine, larch or composite in two grades. Footings are per unit, and stairs and a railing are separate.
Can I quote installation only when the client has the boards?
Yes. Without the material, only the installation labor remains.
How is a carport worked out?
Per m² of roof: foundation, timber or steel structure and a metal roof tile or polycarbonate roof. Walls and a storage room are per m² of wall.
What does perimeter drainage cover?
Labor per linear meter (trench, pipe, gravel bed, backfill), inspection chambers per unit, and the pipe, gravel and geotextile as materials.
How is foundation insulation worked out?
Per m² of foundation wall (linear meters × depth; without a depth in the description, 1 m): excavating in sections and vertical waterproofing, XPS insulation when the description mentions it. With drainage, the excavation is not counted twice.
