Septic tank, treatment plant, connection, well or rainwater: capacity, number of people, connection length, well depth and soil. From the description, AI fills in the job type and the template questions.

You describe the job, AI sets up the project

Labor with working time
Each labor category has an amount and the number of crew workdays, and you decide whether the client sees the time. Next to it you see a summary of equipment and labor. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to your next project.

What the calculator gives a septic tank, connection and well company
Net starting prices and 23% VAT—confirm the rate with your accountant or in a WIS (binding rate ruling); you change the rate and every price.
Septic tank by capacity
A concrete or plastic tank in two capacity bands. With no capacity in the description, the template assumes 10 m³ for concrete and 5 m³ for plastic. You prepare an offer with a septic tank and one with a treatment plant with “Duplicate project”: in the copy you change the items. A copy uses points, with a PRO Subscription too, taken only once the copy succeeds.
Drainage or biological
With no type in the description, a drainage plant is priced, with 8 lin. m of drainage per person. For a treatment plant with no type given, with a high water table or clay soil, the template picks a biological one with a power supply.
Size from the number of people
Treatment plant in two bands: up to 5 people and 6–10 people. With no number of people in the description, the template uses 4.
Connections per lin. m
Gravity sewer, pressure sewer, water, or both in one trench, with the design and surveying; for a sewer connection also an inspection chamber.
Surcharges from the description
A traffic-rated slab under the driveway, a high water table or clay, a pumping station, a soil test, decommissioning the old septic tank, a suction pipe with a quick coupling when the vacuum truck cannot reach the tank, a fill-level sensor and sealing an existing concrete septic tank—each as a separate item.
Deep well or driven well
Drilling per lin. m with casing, filter and gravel pack, a rock surcharge per lin. m, and a driven well at its own rate. With no depth in the description, the template assumes 30 m for a deep well and 8 m for a driven one. A deep well gets a pump with a pressure tank and its installation; a well cover, the pipe to the house per lin. m and a water treatment unit when the description mentions them.
Rainwater: a tank or a soakaway
An underground tank by capacity with installation, the pump set installation and a gutter filter, soakaway crates per piece or a complete soakaway well, plus the pipe from the gutters per lin. m. Without a pipe length in the description, the template works out 10 lin. m.

10 m³ concrete septic tank at a new house
The client writes about a 10 m³ septic tank approx. 12 m from the house. The template works out a 10–12 m³ tank, installation with excavation and 12 lin. m of pipe.
Biological treatment plant, 4 people, clay soil
A small plot and clay: the template works out a biological treatment plant with installation and a power supply, a soil surcharge, the design with a map and 8 lin. m of pipe from the house.
25 m sewer connection and septic tank decommissioning
The municipality has laid a sewer in the street. The template works out the connection per lin. m with an inspection chamber, the design, surveying and decommissioning the old septic tank.
30 m deep well with a pump and pressure tank
The client writes about a well at a new house, with no depth. The template works out 30 lin. m of drilling with casing and filter, a pump with a pressure tank set and its installation.
5 m³ rainwater tank with a pump
An underground 4–6 m³ tank with installation, a garden watering pump, a gutter filter and 10 lin. m of pipe from the gutters.

Open the document generator from the project menu. Client, address, scope and amounts are already in. Send the contract to the client to sign online, and after the job prepare an acceptance report, plus an addendum when the scope changes.

A product from a shop straight into the estimate
The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about well quotes
What well depth does the template use when the client gives none?
30 m for a deep well and 8 m for a driven well. When you know the depth from neighboring wells or a test bore, put it in the description or change it in the template questions.
What if the drill hits rock?
The template has a surcharge for rock and difficult ground per lin. m. It is added when the description mentions it or when you switch it on.
Does the water treatment unit have a fixed price?
No. The unit’s price in the template is indicative: you set the right one after measuring and testing the water, because it depends on what has to be removed.
What VAT does a well have?
The template uses 23%. Work on a residential building usually has 8%, so check the rate with your accountant; you change it in the project.
How is a rainwater tank worked out?
The tank by capacity (up to 3 m³, 4–6 m³ or over 6 m³) and its installation. The pump, the gutter filter and the pipe from the gutters per lin. m are separate items. Gutter water can also soak away in crates or a soakaway well.
