How does it work?

From a flood description to a PDF estimate

1

Describe the job

A flooded apartment, water under the screed, damp basement walls or mold: m² of floor, the number of weeks, lin. m of wall and m² of walls. From the description, AI fills in the items and the quantities.

2

Check the items

Drying per m² of floor and week, subfloor drying, breaking off plaster and mold removal per m², injection per lin. m of wall, ozone treatment per service and bulk bag removal per unit.

3

Send the quote

Drying, walls and mold, and removal in separate categories, travel per km and the “Inspection and on-site moisture measurement” item priced at 0. A PDF estimate for the client.

What the work looks like in the app

Real screens from a sample apartment estimate, with made-up client details.

The app is in Polish today, so the screens below are Polish. An English version is in preparation.

You describe the job, AI sets up the project

Enter what needs doing: m² of flooded rooms, the drying time, drying under the floor, meters of damp wall or m² of mold. AI sets the items and the quantities, and you see the amounts straight away.

  • Every parameter AI set is marked
  • Click it and correct it before the estimate goes to the client

Labor with working time

Each item is a rate with equipment and agents, and each category has an amount and the number of crew workdays. You decide whether the client sees the time. Drying, walls and mold, and removal are in separate categories. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to your next project.

What the calculator gives a drying company

Net starting prices and 8% VAT, since drying is renovation work in a residential building. Commercial premises and non-residential buildings usually have 23%—check the rate with your accountant; you change the rate and every price.

  • Drying per m² and week

Condensation dehumidifiers, heaters, measurements and servicing per m² of floor and each week of work. With no time in the description, the template uses 2 weeks.

  • Subfloor drying

Water under the screed or in the insulation: holes in the floor, turbines and dehumidifiers: a start-up fee and a price per m², with the holes plugged.

  • Damp walls

Crystalline injection against rising damp per lin. m of wall (wall up to 40 cm; for a thicker one you change the rate) and breaking off damp plaster down to the wall per m².

  • Mold and odor

Mold removal from walls or ceilings with an agent per m², without breaking off or painting, and ozone treatment of an apartment or house up to 60 m² as a service.

  • Moisture report

The inspection and on-site moisture measurement is priced at 0. A moisture measurement of the walls and floor with a report, e.g. for an insurer or the building manager, is an optional item you add.

  • Bulk bag removal

Debris and wet materials in a bulk bag (approx. 1 m³) with pickup, per unit.

Sample jobs

Contract and estimate with the project data

Open the document generator from the project menu. Client, address, scope and amounts are already in. Send the contract to the client to sign online, and after the job prepare an acceptance report, plus an addendum when the scope changes.

  • Chrome extension
Chrome extension: panel with a product ready to add to a project

A product from a shop straight into the estimate

The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about quoting drying

How is drying after a flood worked out?

Per m² of floor of the rooms being dried and per week of dehumidifier work. The default is 2 weeks. Drying the screed from below (subfloor drying) is a separate item: a start-up fee and a price per m².

Is there a moisture report for the insurer?

Yes, a moisture measurement of the walls and floor with a report is an optional item. The full damage quote for the insurer comes from the damage assessment calculator.

What about a damp basement wall?

Crystalline injection against damp per lin. m of wall (wall up to 40 cm), breaking off damp plaster and mold removal per m², bulk bag removal per unit.

How long does drying after a flood take?

Usually 1–3 weeks. You set the time after measuring the moisture. Without a time in the description, the template counts 2 weeks.

Is there ozone treatment after a flood?

Yes. Ozone treatment of an apartment or a house up to 60 m² is a service per unit.
