Describe the job
An awning for a patio or balcony, a pergola, roller blinds for existing windows, screens or exterior venetian blinds: the number of units, m² of blinds and the type of drive. From the description, AI fills in the shading type and the quantities.

Awnings per unit by type with power to the motor, pergolas per unit or per m², roller blinds per m², screens and exterior venetian blinds per unit, and radio control with a hub.

Awnings, pergolas and blinds in separate categories, travel per km and the “Measurement and on-site estimate” item priced at 0. A PDF estimate for the client.

You describe the job, AI sets up the project
Enter what needs doing: the number and type of awnings, a pergola, m² of roller blinds or the number of screens and exterior venetian blinds. AI sets the shading type and the quantities, and you see the amounts with material and installation straight away.

Labor with working time
Each item is a rate with material and installation, and each category has an amount and the number of crew workdays. You decide whether the client sees the time. Awnings, pergolas, and blinds, screens and venetian blinds are in separate categories. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to your next project.

Choose what goes into the estimate and which details to show: items, completion time, price notes. The PDF goes out with your company's details.
Sharing and export
Access for a chosen person: read, edit or admin. The public read-only link is in PRO for companies. Export to PDF and XLS, and a company account can also upload its own price list from an .xlsx file.

What the calculator gives an awning, pergola and blind company
Net starting prices and 8% VAT, since you install awnings, blinds and venetian blinds on a residential building. A freestanding pergola usually has 23%—check the rate with your accountant; you change the rate and every price.
Awnings by type
A manual balcony awning, a motorized patio awning or a cassette awning with weather automation, each with installation and its own rate. With no type in the description, the template uses a motorized patio awning.
Power to the motor separately
For a motorized awning, the template adds running power on a separate circuit, per unit.
Pergolas per unit or per m²
A pergola with a sliding fabric roof (approx. 3 × 4 m) per unit and a bioclimatic one with aluminum louvers per m², both with installation.
Exterior roller blinds per m²
Surface-mounted manual, surface-mounted motorized or concealed motorized, per m² of window with installation. With no type in the description, surface-mounted motorized. An insect screen built into the guide rails per m², when the description mentions one.
ZIP screens and exterior venetian blinds
Per unit with a motor and installation, priced for a window of approx. 1.5 m². For large glazing, you change the rate.
Control from a phone
Radio control with an app for each shade and one hub for the whole house.

Contract and estimate with the project data
Open the document generator from the project menu. Client, address, scope and amounts are already in. Send the contract to the client to sign online, and after the job prepare an acceptance report, plus an addendum when the scope changes.

A product from a shop straight into the estimate
The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about quoting awnings and blinds
How is the price of exterior roller blinds worked out?
The template works out roller blinds per m² of window with installation, separately for surface-mounted manual, surface-mounted motorized and concealed motorized. Screens and exterior venetian blinds are per unit with a motor.
Does the awning price include power to the motor?
No. Running power to the awning motor is a separate item. A cassette awning with weather automation has its own rate.
Can I add control from a phone?
Yes. The template works out radio control for each shade and the hub once for the whole house.
How is a pergola worked out?
A textile pergola per unit and a bioclimatic one per m², both with installation.
How are screens and exterior venetian blinds worked out?
Per unit with an electric motor and installation, for a window of approx. 1.5 m². For large glazing you change the rate.
