Describe the job
A concrete or fiberglass pool, an enclosure, heating, renovating an old pool or a sauna: the size or m² of water surface, the type, pieces. From the description, AI fills in the quantities.

You describe the job, AI sets up the project
Enter what needs doing: the pool size or m² of water surface, the pool type, an enclosure, a renovation or a sauna. AI sets the quantities, and you see the amounts with materials and installation straight away.

Labor with working time
Each labor category has an amount and the number of crew workdays, and you decide whether the client sees the time. The pool, the enclosure and renovation, and the sauna are in separate categories. Items you repeat can be saved in your own library (in PRO for companies) and added to your next project.

Choose what goes into the estimate and which details to show: items, completion time, price notes. The PDF goes out with your company's details.
Sharing and export
Access for a chosen person: read, edit or admin. The public read-only link is in PRO for companies. Export to PDF and XLS, and a company account can also upload its own price list from an .xlsx file.

What the calculator gives a pools and saunas company
Net starting prices and 23% VAT, since a pool and a garden sauna are structures on the plot. A sauna inside a home usually has 8%—check the rate with your accountant; you change the rate and every price.
A pool per m² of water surface
Concrete with the shell, pool equipment and finish, or fiberglass with a ready-made shell, filtration, transport and setting, each at its own rate per m² of water surface. An 8 × 4 m pool is 32 m². With no type in the description, the template uses a fiberglass pool.
Excavation with soil removal
Excavation for the pool with soil removal and disposal is a separate item per m² of water surface, added to every new pool.
Enclosure and heating
A sliding polycarbonate enclosure with installation per piece. For solar heating, the template works out installing the system, and you enter the collectors, pump and controller from your supplier.
Renovating an old pool
Draining, cleaning, minor repairs and a new finish layer on the shell per m² of water surface. You enter the liner or paint from your supplier.
Garden and home saunas
A garden barrel sauna, a classic one with an electric heater, a Finnish sauna inside the house and an infrared cabin, each with installation per piece. The heater’s own circuit and a base for a garden sauna per m² are added separately.
Inspection before the quote
Every project has the “Inspection and on-site estimate” item priced at 0: enter your rate or remove it.

Contract and estimate with the project data
Open the document generator from the project menu. Client, address, scope and amounts are already in. Send the contract to the client to sign online, and after the job prepare an acceptance report, plus an addendum when the scope changes.

A product from a shop straight into the estimate
The Chrome extension takes what the shop gives—usually the name, photo and price—from the shop page into the project and room you choose. Whatever the shop does not give, you select on the page and say what it is—a name, a price, a dimension, a color, a finish, a material, a catalog number, the manufacturer or the supplier. In October 2026 we checked it on 24 Polish online shops; it is not limited to selected partners.

Questions about quoting pools and saunas
How is the price of a pool worked out?
Per m² of water surface (an 8 × 4 m pool is 32 m²), separately for a concrete and a fiberglass pool. Excavation with soil removal is a separate item.
Can I quote renovating an old pool?
Yes. Renovating the shell (draining, cleaning, minor repairs and a new finish layer) has a rate per m² of water surface. You enter the liner or paint from your supplier.
Which saunas are in the calculator?
A garden barrel sauna, a garden sauna with an electric heater, a Finnish sauna inside the house and an infrared cabin, with the heater’s power supply and a base for a garden sauna.
Is the excavation included in the pool price?
No. Excavation with removal and disposal of the soil is a separate item per m² of water surface, counted for every new pool.
How is power for a sauna worked out?
Separately: a circuit with protection and a 400 V outlet for the heater, or a separate circuit for an infrared cabin, per unit.
